Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth offers a diverse range of UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs across seven faculties: Arts & Fine Arts, Ayurveda, Moral & Social Sciences, Modern Sciences & Professional Skills, Management, and Health Sciences. Beyond academics, we foster a vibrant campus life with an active Arts Circle, an NSS unit, and strong encouragement for sports activities. To support holistic student development and career growth, TMV has established key initiatives such as the International Students’ Cell, Placement Cell, Centre for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Education, and Research & Development Centre etc. We have also set up the Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development, which aims to provide high-quality professional skills to individuals seeking to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial abilities.

Deemed to be University"
In 1987, the Government of India granted Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth the status of a 'Deemed to be University,' recognizing its significant contributions to education and marking its national recognition. Over the past 32 years, the Vidyapeeth has made remarkable strides in expanding and diversifying its academic offerings.
At the time it was conferred "Deemed University" status, the Vidyapeeth had three primary faculties: Ayurveda, Sanskrit, and Social Sciences. Since then, the institution has grown to include new faculties in Modern Sciences, Management, Health Sciences, and Law. This expansion was made possible under the visionary leadership of Dr. Deepak Tilak, the current Chancellor, whose guidance has empowered the Vidyapeeth to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing global environment.
Today, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth offers a wide range of postgraduate programs such as M.Sc. in Computer Applications, MBA, MSW, LLB, MJ, M.Lib.I.Sc, M.A. in various disciplines (Social Sciences, Marathi, Hindi, English, Japanese, Sanskrit, and Indology), Ayurved, and M.Com. The Vidyapeeth also provides undergraduate programs in fields like BCA, BBA, Journalism, Hotel Management (BHMCT), Physiotherapy (BPT), Nursing (B.Sc.), B.Com, and B.A., offering a diverse academic experience to students across multiple disciplines.
